Move meditatively through guided, breath-synchronized movements, utilizing the awareness of your breath as a tool to connect with your body. Movements will stretch and strengthen every part of the body and mind leaving you feeling energized and refreshed.

Casey has been practicing yoga since 2017 and received her RYT 200 from Yoga Shelter in December 2018. She was eager to teach and began sharing her passion with students immediately following her certification. It is Casey’s mission to help students understand that yoga is for everyBODY. Her classes allow for self-exploration and offer challenges within the flow while focusing on using the breath as a tool for movement.
