Yin Yoga (ONLINE)
This practice is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Class is held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month.

Casey has been practicing yoga since 2017 and received her RYT 200 from Yoga Shelter in December 2018. She was eager to teach and began sharing her passion with students immediately following her certification. It is Casey’s mission to help students understand that yoga is for everyBODY. Her classes allow for self-exploration and offer challenges within the flow while focusing on using the breath as a tool for movement.
